Search Function搜索功能 

长城图书为您提供了方便快捷的搜索功能，您可以通过在首页左侧的搜索引擎输入商品名的方法来搜索您想要购买的商品,也可以通过搜索引擎下方的分类导航栏来查找商品。 

New Customer Registration 新用户注册 

如果您想使用本站的购物车来购买或预订，请先注册您的用户信息。否则购物车的功能不能全部使用。

1. 您可以在本站的最上方点击“Register”进入新用户注册页面。
2. 进入新用户注册页面后，根据提示填写基本信息，其中*号表示必填项。
3. 用户名可以由0-9，a-z，以及A-Z 组成，不含空格，长度最少3个字符。
4. 密码可以由0-9，a-z，以及A-Z 组成，不包括空格，长度最少6个字符。
5. 新用户注册完表格，请阅读“Terms of Service”,然后在旁边的空格打钩，最后点击“Send Registration”提交注册。
6. 点击“Send Registration”按钮后，系统会发送一封验证邮件到您注册的电子邮箱里，这时您要点击邮件中提供的连接来完成激活账户，这样就注册成功了。
7. 成功注册后，您就可以在长城图书网首页上方输入用户名和密码登陆网站，使用购物车及网上结算功能。

 Shopping/Add to Basket订购流程 

1. 在介绍商品的详情页面点击“Add to Basket”，商品会添加到您的购物车中，同时系统会自动弹出新窗口，提示您已经在购物车中添加了此商品。这时您还可以继续挑选商品放入购物车，然后一起结算。
2. 如果选购完毕查看购物车,请在用户登陆界面点击“Your Shopping Basket”就可以看到您选购的全部商品，并使用结算功能。
3. 购物车中商品数量默认为一件，如果要购买多件商品，您可以在“数量”栏中更改数量，并点击“刷新”来更新购物记录。您还可以回到商品详情界面，重复点击“Add to Basket”，同样可以更新您购物车中选购商品的数量。
4. 点击“delete”按钮，可删除购物车中的商品。
5. 在购物完成后，您可以点击购物车页面中的“Checkout”按钮进行网上结算。如果您尚未登陆，系统会进入用户登陆界面，请按提示完成登陆。

 Customer Login/Registration用户登陆 

1. 在点击“Checkout”按钮后，如果您尚未登陆，系统会进入用户登陆界面。如果您是老用户，请输入用户名和密码，然后点击“login”按钮登陆。
2. 如果您是新用户，请点击“新客户注册”连接，然后根据提示完成注册并登陆。其中*号为必填项。

Shipping Address 收货地址 

1. 完成登陆及购物后，点击“Checkout”，将进入选择收货地址界面，系统默认的送货地址是您注册时填写的地址，如果和您的收货地址相同，请点击下方的“Next”进入下一步。
2. 如果您的收货地址不同，请点击“ add shipping address”，详细填写收货人信息，并点击“save” 添加收货地址。
3. 当您回到选择收货地址界面后，请确认您选择了正确的收货地址，然后点击“Next” 进入下一步。

Shipping Method选择送货方式

1. 您有两种送货方式可以选择:您可以选择到长城图书Brunswick总店领取，也可以选择用邮寄的方式。
2. 选择Brunswick店自己取货，商品可于订购日两天后领取；选择Springvale店取，商品可于每周五送到。
3. 选择邮寄，墨尔本市区内邮费$7.5。墨尔本市区外的其它地区,请与我们联系确认邮费. 
4. 订购全年杂志，请联系我们确认邮寄费用。

Payment Method 付款方式 

1. 在付款前，请先“Check Stock Availability”查库存。一旦您选择了"查库存，"ccbooks会通过邮件，电话等方式通知您选购的商品的存货情况。
2. 当您确认我店存有您选购的商品时，请您再选择付款方式：

1,Credit Card  2,Paypal  3,电话付Credit Card  4,银行转账 5,银行支票 或 Money Order     

选择邮寄的送货方式，ccbooks 会在收到货款24小时内寄出商品。 

Order Confirmation 订单确认

 如果您有与订购相关的问题需要咨询，或有特殊要求，请在留言板填写。在确认信息无误后，请点击“confirm order” 提交订单。

Search Function 

You can search items by category on the left hand side Menu or with the Blue Search function. At the moment only title name can be searched. We will add the ISBN and Author search when they become available.

 New Customer Registration 

1. If you would like to inquire or purchase items from the website, please register your details first. Otherwise you will not be able to go beyond the shopping basket to checkout.
2. You can register your details by clicking on the “Register” Link on the top centre of the website next to the login/password.
3. Please enter all field that is indicated by the * sign. (if you do not fill these fields, it will not allow you to continue”

6. Please view the Terms of Service at the end of the form and tick the box when you have finished. Then press the “Send Registration” Button to submit.
7. You will then receive an email confirmation in your email address which will ask you to activate the account by clicking on the link provided.
8. Once you have activated your account you may login to CC Books website and use the shopping cart and checkout function.

 Shopping/Add to Basket 

1. If you would like to purchase an item, you can click on the “Add to Basket” Button for that title and it will add it to the shopping basket. A popup window will appear which will advise you that the item has been added. You may continue shopping after that or

2. You can view the items selected or checkout by clicking on “Your Shopping Basket” on the top right hand side of the site. All titles selected should be listed in there.

3. You can add additional copies of the titles you’ve selected in your shopping basket by changing the quantity in the shopping basket then pressing the “update” icon (Arrows) to save changes. Alternatively you can go back to the item and click on “add to cart” button again and it will add the additional copy into the shopping cart for that title.

4. You can delete the title in your shopping basket by pressing the “delete” Icon (bin) next to that title.

5. When you have finished shopping, you may press the “Checkout” Button in “your Shopping Cart” it will then take you to the Login/New customer Registration page.

  Customer Login/New Customer Registration Page 

1. If you have already Registered your details with us before you can enter your login and password details and press the “login” Button.

2. If you are a new customer, then press the “new customer registration” option. A Registration form will appear.Please enter all field that is indicated by the * sign. (if you do not fill these fields, it will not allow you to continue”

3. Username must be at least 3 characters and contains 0-9, a-z, A-Z. No Spaces.

4. Password must be at least 6 characters and contains 0-9, a-z, A-Z. No Spaces.

5. Please view the Terms of Service at the end of the form and tick the box when you have finished. Then press the “Send Registration” Button to submit.

6.You will then receive an email confirmation in your email address which will ask you to activate the account by clicking on the link provided.

7. Once you have activated your account you may login to CC Books website and use the shopping cart and checkout function. (Unfortunately our site cannot retain shopping cart items if you have not registered your details, you may need to re add the titles into the shopping cart before you can continue to checkout)

 Shipping Address 

1. When you get to the Shipping Address page of the checkout process, Your Registration address will be displayed as Billing Address. If your shipping address is the same address, then you may press the “Next” button to proceed to next page.

2. If your Shipping address if different to your Billing address, please click on “ add shipping address” Link and enter your shipping details in all required fields. Then press the “save” Button.

3. When you return to the Shipping Address page, please make sure the Shipping address is selected then press the “Next” Button to continue.

 Shipping Method/Pickup Location 

There are 2 main options you can select to receive your items. You can choose to Pickup in Person or receive by Post.

Pickup Locations (Address details in Contact Us).

1. Brunswick - Free (Ready for pickup after 2 days from date of order)
2. Springvale – Free  (Delivery every Friday. Orders received before Friday each week will be included in the Friday delivery)
3. Box Hill Newsagent - Handling Charge $2. (Delivery every Friday. Orders received before Friday each week will be included in the Friday delivery)

4. Post to Melbourne Metro Area - $7.50

5. Please contact us to quote shipping cost for Yearly Magazine Subscriptions 

6. Please contact us to quote shipping costs if Post to Rural VIC, ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, WA.  

Payment Method 

1. Please select the “Check Stock Availability” option before you decide to purchase the items. If you select this option, we will then contact you by email or phone to confirm whether the items selected are in stock.

2. If you know that we have them in stock, you can select the other options of payment:

Credit Card

Paypal

Credit Card by Phone

Direct Transfer from Your bank Account

Bank Check/Money Order (please allow 3 days for the check to clear)

When we have received your payment, the items will be posted within 24hrs (if you have selected to receive by Post).

  Order Confirmation 

If you would like to inquiry about the titles selected or have any special instructions, you can include that in the message field.

Please check that all the details are correct before you click the “confirm order” button.
